Odds ans Ends

I made some spaghetti sauce this weekend and gave some to Justin for the first time. He absolutely loved it!

Karl and Val came to visit this weekend and Justin really fell in love with them. He kept following them around everywhere and didn't want them to leave!

I bought chocolate milk this week as a special treat and needless to say, he loved it. He wouldn't let go of the sippy cup.

I don't really understand why but Justin loves the vacuum. He follows me all around the house. Today, he actually grabbed it and tried to vacuum. What a helper!

Justin opens all my cabinets now. This week, he discovered my pots and pans. He played beautiful music for me while I got lunch ready. What a treat!

Justin will not let us feed him anymore but eats willingly when he can do it on his own! It's a bit of a pain because he's not really good at eating on his own and makes a huge mess!

Being Naughty

I was doing the dishes this morning and when I turned around, this is what he was up to.

11 months old today!

Justin really enjoyed hos swimming and didn't mind the cold at all. We don't have any pictures of us actually swimming because I was by myself.

It was 30 degrees out again so Justin, Yogi and I went for a dip in our new pool (Yannick was working overtime).

Justin has been out of sorts for the past 3 days. He's had a slight fever and has been crying a lot for no reason. He seemed to be feeling a lot better after a 3 hour nap.

Justin turns 11 months old today. He's almost 1 year old already and I can't believe how fast the time went by. He's busy discovering everything these days and is getting around well holding on to furniture. He should be walking around soon!

I guess he thinks "If Chloe does it, it must be ok.!"

Air Show

It was almost 30 degrees yesterday so went to a neighbor's and had a little dip in their pool (it's heated!). Justin was really excited and didn't cry at all. He kicked and splashed and had a blast. I was really disappointed because I forgot the camera. Bad mom eh? Will catch him next time!

Auntie, Uncle Kevin, Chloe and Jayden came to visit this weekend and we went to the Air Show in Bagotville. It was a beautiful sunny day and the kids did a great job all day. We thought that they would be exhausted that night but none of them would go to sleep. We were all very relieved when they were all snoring at 8:00. (Karine's blog has better pictures)

Quebec Again!

Papa was gone fishing this week so Justin and I went to Quebec to visit again. Bathtime is
quite the job so we usually have a chain going. Here are a few cute pictures of all 3 kids.

We finally had a beautiful day today and we went for a walk at the old port and had an ice cream.

Playing Outside

We haven't been able to go out much because of the awful weather. This weekend, we got out a little in between the showers. Justin finally figured out that he could crawl around on the grass and he actually enjoyed his sand box. He played for almost 2 hours without saying a word while Yannick and I worked.

Sharing the water bottle

It's already stange that Yogi drinks from a water bottle but now, he and Justin are sharing the bottle. He really has the hang of it now and actually sucks the water. Justin gets stuck on a new thing every day and today, Yogi's bottle was it!
