2 Years Old

Justin turned 2 this weekend and we had a little get together at Nanna and Papou's because we were in Quebec City. Here are a few pics.

Really tired

Justin refused to sleep one day at daycare last week and this is what he looked like at supper time. He was so tired but I guess he was hungry!

Weekend

Here is Justin giving the baby goat a big hug. That's what he would like to do with Yogi but Yogi now runs away.

There were all kinds of animals in this pen and Justin called them all moos! When we left, he said bye bye moo.

Justin was tickling Papa and thought that was hilarious!

The bears were really friendly and sociable.

The guide actually asked the bear to give him 5 and he did it.

These were 5 -month old wolves that we were allowed to hold. They were like little puppies.

We went to a preservation center today about 30 minutes away and it was great despite the heat. Justin really enjoyed it and didn't say a word. Here are a few pictures.

Justin loves to help me water the plants outside. I caught him here doing it all by himself. He figured out how to work the hose and was watering my tomatoes.

We planted some flowers this weekend and Justin had a blast driving on the tractor and running around in the soil in his bare feet.

Rivière Ste-Marguerite

It was beautiful out yeasterday and we have a million things to do around the house but we decided to do something fun instead. We were headed to Tadoussac but stopped at this provincial park instead. It was a 6 km hike to a beautiful, sandy beach. The water was warm and Justin was completely soaked by the time he was done. We didn't undress him because last year when we went to Nova Scotia, he was afraid of the waves. This year, he was really brave and went right in. He was ecstatic and had a great time. Here are a few pictures.

Supper with Friends

We took the small picnic table out for the kids to eat on. Justin is finally able to eat by himself and not get filthy.

Even though it was 30 degrees, Justin was still shivering and turning blue when he got out.

They were having a great time in the pool.

It's the first time that Justin was swimming without holding on to us. He was ecstatic!

Sorry, no new pictures lately. I am finally done with school so I should be able to update the blog more frequently....
